We are dedicated treating our clients’ issues as our own and endeavor to achieve the results our clients seek at costs commensurate with our clients’ directions. We use a team approach to our clients’ matters and assign senior lawyers and paralegal assistants to achieve a broad base of experienced professionals.

While the firm has undergone several name changes over the past 38 years, it remains dedicated to its original principles of representing businesses, their owners, managers and constituents. If you called us in 1973, you may still reach us at the same number.

Our Practice:  Mahoney Anderson’s diversified practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate, transactional, litigation and regulatory matters. Our practice areas include the following general categories.

Creative Billing Management:  We recognize the hourly billing model does not fit all situations and can in fact be perceived as encouraging ineffective billing issues. We are committed to providing efficient billing arrangements to meet our clients’ needs. We will work to tailor our billing to provide a result that meets our clients’ particular standards, whether with in-house counsel or an entrepreneur’s vision of milestone achievements.

Financial Transactions Experience:  For many years our practice focused for primarily on financial transactions in the representations of broker-dealers, financial institutions and issuers of securities. Practice in these areas required and requires today a complete understanding of the complex relationships of accounting, tax, corporate, finance, securities, commercial, bankruptcy and litigation. The rigors and demands of precision and detailed analysis associated with such matters allow our senior lawyers to analyze and present complex financial issues in cases that otherwise might be missed or misunderstood.

Our Boutique Approach:  We are a small firm and our personal relationship with our clients matters to each of us. We choose to be personally involved in our clients’ matters. This is true whether we are representing a client who is referred to us on a one time basis and who will return to our referring lawyer for all future matters or those clients who we have represented for years. We believe that our connection to our clients allows us to be better lawyers in providing the services our clients need and request. We believe we are better able to provide a complete oversight and management by having senior experienced lawyers with in depth command of all areas of commercial law rather than bringing together many lawyers with specialized expertise in single areas. It is the command of the whole spectrum by the lead lawyer that we are able to bring to our clients’ needs that we and they find most advantageous of our boutique practice.
